Overview of the TP.RN2025 production line performance
The TP. RN2025 automatic block making machine uses standard wooden pallets to fully automate the production of various concrete products such as blocks, pavers, curbstones, and flower boxes. Pallets are guided from the magazine to beneath the mold frame via a jack and hydraulic system, and the finished product is placed on them. Raw materials such as sand, gravel, cement, expanded clay (LECA), pumice, and water are first measured by a weighing system and then transferred to the mixer for blending.
The prepared mortar is conveyed via belt conveyors or mortar feeders into the machine, where the molds are automatically filled with vibration and pressing. All steps are controlled by a PLC system, with the operator only monitoring the process. Finished products are placed on pallets, moved by a chain conveyor to the elevator, and then transferred to a curing chamber. After 8 to 10 hours of curing, the products are moved by the finger car for packaging and storage. Empty pallets are cleaned, flipped, and returned to the production line.
