The Block, Curbstone and Flower Box Making Machine KAD1100 Hydraulic (Mobile), is one of Aradsan Company’s semi-automatic, multifunctional machines designed for producing concrete blocks, flower boxes, and curbstones. With its engineered design and high build quality, it is considered an ideal choice for workshops and production lines. This machine can produce various concrete products using raw materials such as sand and gravel, natural pumice (scoria), and industrial lightweight aggregate (LECA).
The production capacity of the KADONA 1100 per work shift is approximately 3,800 to 4,500 blocks, 1,200 curbstones, and 2,000 to 2,500 flower boxes. The curbstones produced by this machine typically have a running length of 30 cm, and it is also capable of producing curbstones up to 90 cm in height.
How the KAD1100 Hydraulic Machine Works
- Movement and Steering System
The KAD1100 is equipped with a hydraulic, mobile movement system, controlled by a hydraulic steering wheel. This allows the machine to move smoothly and turn easily on a flat concrete surface (production band).
- Mix Preparation
Raw materials are combined in the mixer according to a specific mix design to produce the mortar needed for manufacturing blocks, curbstones, or flower boxes.
- Transferring Mortar to the Machine
The prepared mortar is transported to the machine’s hopper using a wheelbarrow or mortar transporter.
- Automatic Mold Feeding System
The machine is equipped with an automatic mold filling system that directs the mortar into the mold without the need for manual handling by the operator.
- Vibration and Molding Process
As the mold is being filled, vibration and gravity drop occur simultaneously to compact the mortar and form it into the desired shape.
- Product Formation and Release
After shaping, the mold and tamper rise, and the finished concrete product is left behind on the production surface.
- Mold Replacement and Production Variety
The KAD1100 features interchangeable molds, enabling it to produce over 300 different types of concrete products, including blocks, curbstones, and flower boxes.
