In each production cycle, it can produce 8 curbstones with dimensions of 50×30×15 cm. In total, the machine has a production capacity of up to 1,200 curbstones per work shift. By adding optional attachments, you can upgrade this machine to also produce concrete blocks and flower boxes.

KAD1200 Machine Operation Process
The KAD 1200 machine requires a flat concrete surface to function properly, allowing it to move in an egg-laying style and produce products directly on the ground. The raw materials—such as sand, gravel, leca, pumice, water, and cement—are mixed and delivered into the machine using tall-wheelbarrow carts.
The mold is filled manually by the operator. The machine applies vibration from three directions to the concrete mix to ensure proper compaction. After the vibration is complete, the mold and matrix rise by free fall, and the final product is formed.
